The owner were very nice and even gave me a map, told me were to go and how to get there...The rooms were clean and big, which is not that naturally in rome. It was quiet (but i didn't have a room on the streetside...those rooms are louder, cause a restaurant is right under the hotel and a tram is passing by every 15 minutes...)
The location is great, just a 10 minutes walk away from the colloseum and the centro storico. and because of the metro station termini it's really easy to get everywhere within a few minutes.
All in all I had a great time and would stay there again. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, die Zimmer sind sauber. Frühstück ist für deutsche Verhältnisse eher mäßig; inzwischen weiss ich allerdings-wohl typisch italienisch-sorry. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, man versteht auf dem Zimmer jedes auf den Flur bzw. an der Anmeldung gesprochene Wort. Das ist besonders lästig, wenn morgens 06:00 Uhr die ersten Gäste auschecken. Das versenden einer eMail vom Hotel wurde mir leider nicht gestattet.

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien, limpio y muy central. Sin embargo hay que tener mucho cuidado con los responsables del Hotel que no son nada de fiar. Por un lado no aceptaron nuestras tarjetas de credito sino pidieron el pago en efectivo. Sin embargo luego vimos que otros clientes sí pagaron con tarjeta. Ademas nos llevaron a un piso con habitaciones cerca del Hotel lo cual nos hace sospechar que existe para evitar el pago de impuestos (por eso tampoco se acepta la tarjeta de credito de los clientes que se alojan alli). Una factura solo te dan despues de darte largas y solo si insistes mucho. Tampoco nos gustó que el personal no habla ni español, ni ingles, ni aleman lo cual dificulta la comunicacion. Cuando llegamos se nos dijo que se habia cancelado las reservas hechas un mes anterior debido a un problema con la tarjeta de credito usada para hacer la reserva. Por suerte (o a lo mejor forma parte de su estrategia) sí hubo habitaciones libres al final. Se nos pidió sin embargo que no les comunicaramos a los buscadores de Hoteles a traves de las cuales habiamos hecho las reservas que finalmente pudimos alojarnos allí (seguramente porque no querian pagar la comision acordada). Por ultimo no nos devolvieron una camara de fotos que habiamos olvidado al desalojar nuestra habitacion sino dijeron que no habian encontrado nada. En fin - un hotel familiar muy bien situado, limpio y tranquilo, pero desgraciadamente con unos dueños muy dudosos. |
