Just as the name says in Italian the B&B Alle Porte del Vaticano is located right at the door of the Vatican just behind the famous Saint Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City, one of the most visited sites in the beautiful city of Rome. The 3 star B&B has a total of four rooms, one double room and the other can accommodate up to 3. The rooms are named after famous Roman historical sites: the Coliseum, Pantheon, Saint Peter’s and Piazza di Spagna (the last two have a shared bathroom; also is the Piazza di Spagna a bit smaller than the other rooms). The three rooms look out on to a sunny 80 m2 patio where you can have your breakfast or simply have a coffee and enjoy the peace. Each room has a TV, safety deposit box, wireless internet connection and hair dryer. There is also heating and air conditioning in the rooms. Fresh linens and towels are included.
Just behind Saint Peter’s Basílica, in Vatican City. 2 metro stops on line A are close, Ottaviano and Cipro, 2 km from the B&B. Buses 916, 571, 98 and 881 stop just 20 metres from the door of the building.

le logement était propre et relativement bien situé, par contre, le petit déjeuner pourrait franchement être amélioré.

THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT TO THE VATICAN AREA BUT OFF MOST OF THE MAPS WE FOUND. THIS MADE IT DIFFICULT TO FIND AT FIRST. THERE IS A BUS STOP JUST ACROSS THE STREET ONCE YOU KNOW THE BUS SYSTEM. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY BUT NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO COMMUNICATE WITH US. THE ROOM WAS VERY TINY AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE BATH MAT (SHARED BATHROOM) FOR EVERYONE STAYING THERE. NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS SOAKING WET ALL THE TIME AND WHO WANTS TO STEP OUT OF A SHOWER INTO SOMEONE ELSES WET MAT. THE PIX MADE ROOM SEEM A BIT BIGGER.

La ubicacion es buena, es cerca del Vaticano, las habitaciones estan limpias, con buenas camas y muy bien ciudadas, mobilirio nuevo, calefaccion, caja de seguridad en la propia habitacion , con wifi y desayuno incluido en el precio, la atencion es excelente.
Punto menos positivo es que hay un baño para las 3 habitaciones y la ducha es pequeña, pero vamos volveria alli 100%. La atencion es excelente.

gute Lage,nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum vatikan.Alles sauber und ordentlich.Eine schöne Terrasse,sehr freundliches Personal,nur das Frühstück war ein wenig einfallslos und schlicht.Ansonsten stimmt das preis/Leistungsverhältnis und wir würden gerne nochmal wieder hierher kommen.
