B&B Casavacanze Mite, Rome

Ottima la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale nonchè la pulizia e l'arredamento che seppur semplice è molto curato. Anche la colazione presso il bar di fronte è stata ottima. Vicinissimo alla zona trastevere caratteristica di Roma e al mercato di Porta Portese (una chicca da guardare).

I loved this place! the owner was very nice and very helpful with giving us great advise on where to go and where not to... you pretty much have a room in a big apartment, you are independent (get your set of keys) and you can use the computer with internet and also the entertainment center (we though never did since we rather discovered the city) and you have free access to the kitchen. The only 'down' was that we had to share the bathroom with another couple, but I am planning on going there again, next time with another friend couple then it would be perfect... almost like a vacation apartment! Another very important thing I want to mention is that, when you get to the front of the building, there is no sign indicating where the B&B is and it just looks like a big apartment building: go inside and ask the Concierge at the front desk and he/she will help you! And one more plus: it's a great area, very safe and with a lot of fantastic restaurants and stores close by!

Estuvimos fantásticamente en Casavacanze Mite. La ubicación es estupenda: a dos pasos de la zona de ocio del Trastevere y a poco más de cualquier punto de Roma, tanto del Vaticano, como de la ciudad antigua o el centro de Roma. Además, el b&b está muy bien comunicado en autobús y tram con cualquier punto de Roma (el bus H lleva directamente a la estación de Termini, por ejemplo, que está en la otra punta de la ciudad). Las habitaciones son enormes y están muy limpias y bien equipadas. Aunque hay que compartir el baño, casi nunca te encuentras a nadie. Es como si estuvieras en casa. En cuanto al servicio, inmejorable. Taddeo y Mauro son de lo más amable y servicial. Te orientan, te aconsejan y te guían para todo lo que necesites. El trato de Taddeo y Mauro es exquisito. Lástima haber tenido sólo tres días para disfrutar de sus consejos y de la ciudad. Vale la pena.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le B&B Casavacanze, très bien accueillis par notre hôte Taddeo, et avons pu profiter des parties communes : grand salon, cuisine et terrasse. Notre chambre était spacieuse (env 18m2), très propre et calme. La salle de bain était commune avec la chambre voisine, mais cela n'a posé aucun problème. Le petit déjeûner était pris dans un café en face (compris dans le prix de la chambre) et le samedi, c'est Taddéo et Mauro qui s'en sont chargés, avec grande gentillesse (et profusion de croissants !)Ce B&B est tout proche du Trastevere où il fait si bon sortir et manger le soir. Rien de négatif à dire, si on retourne à Rome, on retourne là-bas.

EXCELENTE. RECOMENDAMOS ESTE B&B POR MUCHOS MOTIVOS. NOSOTROS HEMOS PASADOS 15 DÍAS Y NOS HEMOS SENTIDO COMO EN CASA. EL INTERIOR ESTÁ MUY BIEN DECORADO. TIENE TODOS LOS DETALLES QUE PUEDES LLEGAR A NECESITAR. ADEMÁS LA COCINA ESTÁ COMPLETAMENTE EQUIPADA Y SE PUEDE UTILIZAR LA LAVADORA. LAS HABITACIONES SON AMPLIAS Y MUY LIMPIAS. HAY DOS BAÑOS POR LO QUE NO HAY PROBLEMA. SITUADO EN EL BARRIO MÁS TÍPICO DE ROMA, EL TRASTÉVERE, ESTÁ COMUNICADO POR EL TRANVÍA Y LOS AUTOBUSES QUE PASAN CONSTANTEMENTE. DESDE ESTE LUGAR SE PUEDEN REALIZAR VISITAS A PIE, PORQUE ESTÁ MUY CERCA DEL TÍBER. POR LA NOCHE EL BARRIO ES MUY AGRADABLE (TERRAZAS, TIENDAS). A PESAR DE SER TURÍSTICO LOS LOCALES SE LLENAN DE GENTE QUE VIVE EN LA CIUDAD. PERO LO QUE MÁS NOS HA LLENADO ES EL CARÁCTER AGRADABLE Y LA DISPONIBILIDAD DE SUS ANFITRIONES TADEO Y MAURO. TADEO NOS HA AYUDADO A PLANIFICAR TODAS LAS SALIDAS Y MAURO HACE UN CAPUCHINO DELICIOSO. UN ABRAZO PARA ELLOS.

The accomodation are good enought, it's a right choice for people who want to visit ROME, very close of the center of the city in a quite area. For me, it's clearly a good choice

Wir wurden zunächst sehr freundlich empfangen, erhielten Informationen und Tipps, die Benutzung der Küche und des Internets wurden uns angeboten. Leider erhielten wir am Tag unser frühen Abreise (07.00 Uhr)trotz Zusage kein Frühstück. Unser Vermieter ließ sich nicht sehen,so dass wir mit leerem Magen und ohne Verabschiedung zum Flughafen fahren mussten. Diese Art überschattet den gesamten schönen Aufenthalt. Für 70€ je Nacht/Doppelzimmer finde ich das zudem nicht in Ordnung.

En principio el alojamiento esta bastante bien, lo único que se hecha en falta es no tener un baño por habitación y tener que compartirlo, por lo demás la atención fue muy buena por la persona que allí estaba.

Excelente!Te sientes como en casa. A 30 minutos a pie del Vaticano,20 del centro ciudad y 10 del centro del barrio trastevere , bien comunicado con tram, zona tranquila y agradable.Los dueños del alojamiento super agradables. Os confieso que para mí lo mejor fué....el desayuno!!!!

Mite et son ami se mettent en 4 pour vous servir. Ils sont charmants. Nous avons eu droit à une grande chambre et une grande salle de bain. Le logement est très bien situé centralement à proximité tram mais tout peut se faire à pieds (avec de bonnes chaussures). Très bon rapport qualité/prix Juste un petit peu kitsh à mon goût...

Un appartement de 200 m2, des chambres de une à trois lits. Un immense salon. Un accès gratuit et illimité à internet. Une très belle cuisine collective où vous pouvez stocker votre nourriture. Salle de bain. Le tout d’une propreté irréprochable. Cerise sur le gâteau, le logement est situé à coté du Trastevere, quartier réputé pour ses restaurants et ses sorties nocturnes, tout en restant proche du centre historique. Mauro et Tadeusz ont monté cette affaire il y a peu et se donnent corps et âmes pour vous faciliter votre séjour à Rome. Mauro parle parfaitement l’anglais et avec volubilité. Son sens de l’accueil, son dynamisme nous a conquis. Bravo Mauro et Tadeusz ! Une équipe qui gagne !

Sehr nette Aufnahme und sehr netter Kontakt. Tolle Zentrale Lage, besonders für die Abendstunden in Trastevere. Immer wieder gerne.

Très bon accueil. Appartement un peu rococo, mais non sans charme ! Très bon équipement.

La casa era estupenda, grande y muy bien equipada. Mauro, el propietario es encantador, de trato muy familiar y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno incluido en el precio no es nada del otro mundo(café y cornetto). El edificio aunque no está en el centro está en el barrio más animado y pintoresco de Roma. Hay comunicación con el aeropuerto desde la estación de tren de Trastevere y de esta a la casa, 10 minutos en el tranvía. Ese mismo tranvía en otros 10 minutos te deja junto a centro.

sehr zweckmäßige Unterkunft; vom Blick vom Balkon sollte man allerdings nicht zu viel erwarten - tut aber nichts zur Sache, da man ja sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Die Lage ist super zentral - 1 Gehminute zur Straßenbahn und 10 bis 15 Minuten bis ins Herz von Trastevere

A good accommodation and good to reach by train, tram or bus. Not far away from the seeings of Rome. It is a clean and nice appartment and two helpfull owners. The street is quiet with less trafic. There is a long balcony with view of the street and the appartments on the other side of the street. The breakfast is on the other side of the street in a coffeeshop but simple. A was for the whole, very satisfied.

I found Mite to be generally above the average B&B. The place is sumptuous and well located as it is conveniently close from Roma Trastevere railway station, which saves money when chosing transport from the airport. The people managing the place, particularly Mauro, were incredibly helpful and considered. This will be my first choice next time I have a chance to visit Rome again.

The apartment was very nice, and the people who worked there were great.
