the hotel you arranged for us was more like a bad b+b above what looked like a borded up shop covered with grapfitti,the lift was more of a cage that was unfit for use,the view that u claimed the room had was of a alley way with some very warm smelling dustbins under the window!the door to the room was only just held onto the frame,the cleanliness was nonexistent!after traveling for 4 hours the least we thought we could do was take a shower but after running the water fot 15 mins it was still stone cold!we left our bags in our room for 15 mins and walked 150m down the road and found a 4star hotel for 20euros a night cheaper than the one you had sent us to!when we returned to colect our bags the lady at reception didnt even seem suprised that we were not happy as im sure she is used to people leaving after only a couple of minutes once they had seen the rooms!

Las habitaciones son bastante comodas, son amlias y están limpias, el baño es bastante básico pero muy limpio,el desayuno estupendo y la ubicación excelente. En general buena relación calidad precio, básico pero limpio y cómodo. Para los días de semana santa que hemos pasado nosotros (un grupo de amigos) perfecto, sin grandes lujos pero más que suficiente.

The room we booked was small and didnt look comfortable, so we got upgraded and the room was comfortable, clean and fresh towels every morning. I would stay here again, as the location is perfect and the staff are very friendly.

sicher keine spitzenherberge, aber für rom war das preis-leistungsverhältnis sehr in ordnung, durchaus zu emphelen
