Besides having plenty of public transport, our area is one of the calmest and safest both day and night. Prati, is also one of the most ancient areas of Rome and nothing is missing: from the characteristic markets to the latest fashion shop, from the take away pizzeria to the high class restaurant, from pubs to discos.
Recently refurbished rooms with TV and air conditioning give a comfortable atmosphere which is warm, relaxing and totally private. The mixture of modern furniture with the antiquity of Prati, reflects the charming character of the eternal “caput mundi”.
There is 1 double room with en suite bathroom, plus single, double, twin & triple options with shared bathroom outside in the hall. Kitchen with tables and chairs for breakfasts and snacks.
Located next to the metro stop “Lepanto” (line A), which connects in just 5 stops to the railway station “Termini”, 2 stops to the Spanish steps, 3 stops to Trevi fountain. Busses 24 hours a day allow you to reach any place in the city, like Gianicolo, Coliseum and many other magical sites which we will be glad to show you.
AIRPLANE (FROM “FIUMICINO” AIRPORT):
Take the metropolitan train (Terminal), frequency: every 20 minutes and it takes about 30 minutes to get to Rome. Ticket costs € 11.00 (one way) and arrives to Termini station of Rome
Once you arrive in Termini station of Rome take the subway line A direction Battistini, go down at the stop Lepanto (5 stops)
Out of the subway, follow Via Lepanto, at the first traffic light turn right in Viale delle Milizie, and continue until number 3
At your request you can have a car with a private driver who waits for you and brings you directly to our Bed & Breakfast

Take the shuttle to the subway terminus line A Anagnina,

Die Lage der Pension ist aus dem Grund so ideal, da die Metrostation "Lepanto" nur eine Gehminute entfernt ist, wodurch man sich weites Gehen oder Buslinien erspart.
Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück ausreichend, besonders gefiel uns, dass man sich den Zeitpunkt letzterem selbst einteilen konnte, wenn man z.B. früher weggehen will, wie es Sinn macht, um die Musei Vaticani zu besuchen.
Unterkunftsbesitzer Marco äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Bei meinem 3. Aufenthalt in Rom die bisher mit Abstand beste Unterkunft.
Wichtig bei der Buchung ist jedoch, nicht zu überlesen, dass es Preise mit "seperatem Bad" gibt. - Jedoch auch zu empfehlen, da neu renoviert.

Das B&B hat schöne und gemütliche Zimmer, ist ruhig gelegen und doch zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten (10 min. zum Vatikan, gleich bei der U-Bahn Haltestelle Lepanto), Marco hat uns tolle Tipps und einen Stadtplan gegeben. Konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und hatten dort eine tolle Zeit.
