The B&B is located on the second floor of a “liberty” style building and consists of two double bedrooms with private bathrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two singles and the possibility of adding another single bed to accommodate a third guest. Of course, breakfast is included in the price of the room and guests are free to use the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and a toaster. There is also a washing machine and a left-luggage office at your disposal. The B&B benefits from air conditioning, a safe, hair dryer, wifi Internet access and satellite TV with a DVD player and films available. Children under 2 years of age may stay for free if they do not need their own bed.

Mature couple
la formule correspondrait a ce qu'un ami vous prête son appartement, vous êtes totalement libre, comme chez vous , comme si vous habitiez le quartier, avec une cuisine collective pour d'éventuel repas et petit déjeuner
Ce n'est pas une chambre d'hote, le contact n'a lieu que pour la prise en charge (agreable )c'est un style même
pour d'anciens routards . C'était notre choix, nous sommes trés satisfaits.
Surtout pour la situation géographique
100m du metro,500m du chateau St ANGE
800 m du VATICAN , nous avons presque tout fait a pieds .Parkings privés à 100m obligatoire car il est pratiquement impossible de stationner ,et totalement impossible àFLORENCE. Hélas faut encore s'exposer
aux voleurs .

Logement typique et sympa, assez bien placé. Accueil sérieux.La cuisine pour le petit déjeuner (ou autre) est sympa et bien équipée mais en fait partagée avec la chambre voisine.Pour nous qui étions seuls pas de problème.De fait nous n'avons pu tester cet éventuel inconvénient et l'insonorisation de pièces à pièces.Système d'évacuation de la salle de bain par un sanibroyeur (bruyant). Côté parquet et sanitaires ça sent globalement le bricolage mais bon, ça fonctionne.Il est fort à parier qu'avec le temps infiltrations et vieillissement prématuré fassent leur office. Literie relativement convenable en confort mais à améliorer (commence à avoir des signes de fatigue).Globalement positif. Assez bon rapport qualité prix.

Todo bien excepto que si se requiere contactar a la persona encargada del lugar, es muy complicado para los extranjeros que llevamos celular local de país de origen

A very pleasant room in a good area, very close to the vatican. To reach the B&B, you have to climb a winding staircase to the 2nd floor - which is fairly easy. The building is near a huge Basilica, so don't be suprised if you hear some very loud bells - particularly on Sunday morning. It all adds to the charm :-)

La sistemazione era pulita e ma mancavano alcune "comodità" che nessuno si è preoccupato di fornire: cartaigienica e saponetta in bagno, cestino della spazzatura,appendiabiti nell'armadio..la zona della città (ai Prati) in cui si trova l'alloggio compensa anche altri disagi.
