Muy bien la localización.Está muy cerca de la Ciudad del Vaticano.Buena comunicación con el resto de la ciudad,metro,autobuses,tranvia.
Muy bien la limpieza,se nota que ha sido reformado recientemente.Muy mal la atención del personal,tanto de la recepción como de lo camareros/as que atendian en el desayuno.Desayuno muy sencillo.Siempre lo mismo , bolleria,nada de fruta,ni zumos.

Solo traveller
A Pesar del aspecto exterior, el hotel es un pequeño establecimiento muy hogareño y con un excelente trato por parte del personal. A destacar los riquisimos capuccinos de la cafeteria y la amabales camareros que lo regenteban por las mañanas.
Tuvimos que hacer un cambio de habitación y no nos pusieron ningún problema.

Das Frühstückspersonal war eher unfreundlich. Wer um 9.45 Uhr zum Frühstück erscheint, erntet strafende Blicke. Das Personal an der Rezeption war dagegen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
