We would have liked the option of booking an upgraded room upon registering. The pictures on the website were not of the room we'd gotten, and would have preferred one of the newer rooms.

Die Lage des Hotel Saturnia ist sehr gut, man kommt in 10 min zu Fuß zum Kolosseum und in 2 min zur nächsten U-Bahnstation (Cavour). Auch viele gute Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Nicht gefallen hat uns die mäßige Sauberkeit (Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren jedoch immer tadellos). Etwas ärgerlich war der erforderliche Umzug während der Woche, dessen Begründung wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten. Allerdings bekamen wir als Entschädigung das Taxi zum Flughafen bezahlt. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt okay.

Uns hat das Hotel Saturnia sehr gut gefallen, vorallem die Lage war einfach klasse. In etwa 5-10 Minuten war man am Colosseum, genau so auch in der größten Shoppingstraße. Bis Termini waren es nur etwa 5 Minuten - sehr praktisch wenn man vom Flughafen ankommt und mit den Koffern nicht mehr weit laufen will. Unser 3erZimmer entsprach den Erwartungen eines 2-SterneHotels, wir hatten eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken im Zimmer - Toilette (sehr sauber) war auf dem Gang. Außerdem verfügte das Zimmer über einen Fernseher und eine Minibar. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden - für den gezahlten Preis vollkommen okay!

El trato,limpieza, situacion y desayuno del hotel excelente. La habitacion de 4 personas es un local acondicionado con baño, armario y 3 camas (dos individuales y 1 doble);pero, a pie de calle y un ruido constante de una puerta de garaje bastante molesto. Se debería de insonorizar mejor e informar previamente el tipo de habitacion.

Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel (innerhalb der Hotelgruppe) waren wir voll auf zufrieden. Ich wuerde jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Fruehstueck war sehr gut.
